SHIPPING:
We ship items within 1-3 business days upon confirmation of payment. All items are ready to ship unless it says “made to order” on the description, in which case it will specify how many days the pieces will the ready to be shipped. You will receive an update with tracking information when your item ships.
We ship USPS priority for free on all domestic orders over $49, shipping time will depend on your time zone and usually takes 2-5 business days.
International shipping may take 2-6 weeks. We ship to all countries. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS:
By purchasing a Cu Au Atelier piece you agree to my store policies. Through this website we accept payments through Stripe only. If you prefer to pay using your credit card directly please feel free to contact us and we will take your credit card information over the phone.
We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
To request a return, please email [email protected] within 3 days of delivery confirmation including: order # or name, item(s) you wish to return, reason for return.
All returned items must be in the same condition and packaging you received them in. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We do not do returns or exchanges to countries outside the US.
We will respond ASAP to your request and if approved, we will provide you with the address to send your item(s) back to. At this time, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Upon receipt of your item in acceptable condition, we will refund your full purchase amount (shipping is non-refundable).
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, they are final sale.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are considered on a case by case basis, and are typically approved. Email [email protected] within 3 days of delivery confirmation.
BROKEN ITEM, REPAIR AND LOST JEWELRY DISCLAIMER:
Cu Au Atelier pieces are wearable art. They should be treated with extra special care. Although breakage and repair need is a rare occurrence, it can still happen. Damage that occurs to the piece is typically caused by the wearer, and the wearer assumes all responsibility (outside natural wear and tear). We can repair jewelry for a minimal fee of $10-30 depending on the severity of the damage and extent of the repair work. Buyer pays shipping (trackable) both ways. There are no replacements or exchanges for broken or lost jewelry pieces (but discounts will be granted in such a case, to enable purchasing a replacement).
